Q) I am certified as a minority/women-owned business. What is my next step?
If you're interested in applying for registration in the COMSYS Supplier Diversity Program and have evidence of third party certification as a minority- or women-owned business, begin the process by completing our program application and forwarding the required supporting documents to us. This application enables us to become familiar with your company's background and capabilities.

Q) If I'm not certified as a minority/women owned business or am self-certified, what's my next step?
In order to participate, you must be certified as a minority- or women-owned business by a nonprofit organization that we recognize, or by a government agency. We do not accept self-certification. Contact one of the certification agencies for further information.
Q) What are the general criteria reviewed during the certification process?
Third party certification means your company's ownership structure and operations have been reviewed by a government agency or private nonprofit organization to meet the following criteria: At least 51% of the business or stock is owned by an ethnic group member(s) or woman. Further, that ownership interest must control and operate the business. "Control" means actively having the power to make policy decisions and "operated" means involved in the day-to-day management of the business.
