How to View WebEx Files

To listen to the previously recorded session, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Download Web Ex player
    a. Right click on WebEx Player download
    b. Select "Save Target As" to Desktop
    c. Select Close


  2. Download the Web Ex Recording (Due to the file size, downloading to your desktop may take several minutes depending on your internet connection speed)
    a. Right Click on the WebEx file (.wrf)
    b. Select "Save Target As" to Desktop
    c. Select "Open" and recording will begin.


NOTE: You may hear several seconds of silence at the beginning of the session.
