COMSYS SELECTED AS VENDOR BY US AIRWAYS

Houston, Texas (20 February 2006) -

COMSYS, a leading provider of information technology staffing and consulting services, has been selected as a vendor of IT consulting services for US Airways.

US Airways began operations in 1939 as All American Aviation, bringing the first airmail service to many small communities in Western Pennsylvania and the Ohio Valley. US Airways and America West joined together to create the fifth largest domestic airline employing nearly 38,000 aviation professionals. US Airways, US Airways Shuttle and the US Airways Express operate approximately 4,000 flights per day and serve more than 225 communities in the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America.

COMSYS currently has IT consultants on assignment with US Airways supporting the merger integration activities between US Airways and America West’s mainframe accounting systems. COMSYS will work with US Airways to fill IT positions on a contract or full-time basis.

“We are delighted that US Airways has chosen us as a preferred vendor to assist in its ongoing merger integration,” stated Michael H. Barker, Executive Vice President of COMSYS. “COMSYS completed a similar merger transaction in 2004, and our own integration experience will prove useful as we support the integration process between US Airways and America West. We look forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship with US Airways.”
