Field Service Manager Program

The Field Service Manager Program is a program designed to create an “employer of choice” culture by providing a communications liaisons between the consultant and COMSYS. An FSM is an active billable consultant who acts as this liaison. These individuals play an integral part in providing customer service to consultants who are on assignment at our clients’ locations. The FSM is an overall advocate for COMSYS and a champion to the consultants and respective client.

The primary duties of an FSM include:

  • Welcome and Client Site Orientation
  • Communication and Support
  • Champion the COMSYS Referral Rewards Program
