Effective Dates: January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010

The Consultant Self-Placement Program will pay a cash reward to COMSYS consultants identifying their next assignment with COMSYS.

• $250 to $1,000 lump sum


• Lump sum paid after 450 hours billable time at client within a twelve month consecutive period based on skill-set.


• Renewals or extensions of existing assignments are NOT eligible.


• This program will not be paid in conjunction with the Business Referral Program. If a consultant refers an opportunity to COMSYS and he or she ends up being placed on the assignment, he or she will only be eligible for either a Self-Placement or Business Referral Reward, not both.


• COMSYS retains the sole right to determine the payment amount.

• To be eligible to receive the self-placement reward, the consultant must complete and submit the Consultant Self-Placement Form on Inside.COMSYS.


• The consultant cannot leave his or her current position before its end date to begin the new self-referred assignment unless the consultant receives the approval of both the client manager and COMSYS Branch Director.


• The reward is not earned by and therefore will not be paid to the consultant until after 450 hours billable time at client within a twelve month consecutive period. The reward will not be pro-rated.


• All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.

• Employed COMSYS consultants.


• Independent contractors.

• Subcontractors.


• All COMSYS staff employees.


• Pass-Throughs & Payrollees
