The Business Referral Program encourages eligible individuals to submit COMSYS business opportunities with existing and new clients. If an opportunity becomes an open assignment, and a consultant is successfully placed, the referrer is eligible for a $$ cash $$ reward.
COMSYS Cash
$250 to $1,000 may be paid to the referrer when a consultant is successfully placed on the referred assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days.
Branch management will determine the amount of the referral payment based on skill set and assignment length. Contact your local COMSYS branch for more information.
The Rules:
To be eligible to receive a business referral reward, the referrer must complete a Business Referral Form at www.comsys.com prior to the placement of a consultant assignment.
The opportunity must NOT exist in the COMSYS database at the time of the submission of the Business Referral Form.
The reward will be paid to referrer after the placed consultant has been on assignment 90 calendar days from the start date. The reward will not be pro-rated.
If a referred candidate is placed on the referred assignment, the referral fee with be split evenly between the person who referred the candidate and the person who referred the assignment.
Branch management retains the right to approve or decline all referrals.
All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
Who is eligible to participate?
Independent contractors.
People outside COMSYS employment (with the exception those listed below).
Who is NOT eligible to participate?
ALL COMSYS staff employees.
Relatives of COMSYS employees.
Client personnel at any level.
Subcontractors.
