Please remember, however, that for most of the benefit programs you must enroll within 31 days of your hire date if you wish to elect coverage for this year. Otherwise, you must wait until the next annual enrollment period with coverage effective the following January 1, or until a Permissible Mid-Year Election Change Event occurs.
