Introduction
The development and enhancement of strategic alliances with predominantly minority-based businesses is an important part of COMSYS’ business goals and objectives. As part of COMSYS’ strategy to grow and expand business, it will look to Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBEs), Historically Under-Utilized Businesses (HUBs), and Small and Disadvantages Businesses (SDBs) as a value-added strategy that can create a competitive advantage and mutually beneficial business opportunities. COMSYS seeks to obtain goods and services that enhance the quality of its products, keep total costs to a minimum, and increase shareholder value through its procurement process. Opportunities will be afforded to diversity-based businesses to participate with COMSYS as suppliers, contractors and subcontractors of services.
In developing and maintaining its business relationships with MWBEs, HUBs and SDBs, COMSYS will comply with applicable regulatory agency requirements as well as with federal, state and local procurement regulations and programs.
Mission
COMSYS is committed to enhancing and assisting MWBEs in their growth and development on a long-term basis. As a result of our flexible business model, COMSYS has the ability to place the candidate who meets both skill set and diversity requirements.
The COMSYS Supplier Diversity Program is an integral part of our efforts to create mutually beneficial business relationships with minority- and women-owned businesses that strengthen the communities we serve and create value for our clients and stakeholders.
