Tusa serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources. He also leads COMSYS' business process improvement efforts, together with operating units at every level of the enterprise. Tusa joined COMSYS as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration in May, 2001.

Prior to joining COMSYS, Tusa was a senior vice president of Metamor Worldwide, where he oversaw human resources, information systems and business operations for the organization. Additionally, Tusa has served as CFO, treasurer and secretary for DSM Copolymer and as controller for TOTAL American Mining. Tusa began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company as an Audit Manager.

Tusa graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a bachelor's of business administration and earned his MBA from Louisiana State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
