Terry V. Bell, Vice President, Human Resources, is responsible for managing the Human Resources function for COMSYS’ 46 offices and branch sites throughout the United States, Canada and the U.K. Areas under his leadership include compensation, staffing, diversity initiatives, employee relations and benefits. Bell joined COMSYS in 1995, and has been directly involved in the company’s aggressive merger and acquisition activity.

Throughout his career, Bell has successfully integrated business objectives and human resource programs. Prior to joining COMSYS, Bell had a 16-year career with Nortel Networks as Group Director of Human Resources. Bell spent three years with Northern Electric as its Human Resources Director and also worked in Human Resources for the United States Air Force.

Bell has served on Southern Methodist University’s HR Roundtable and the Human Resource Council to ITAA. He earned the International HRM Certification and an Executive Human Resources Management Certification from The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Bell is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a B.S. degree.
